A discount of 40 Euro and 12 Euro has to be considered for the senior and student registration fees respectively, for already SIOF members.
Student Registration forms must be accompanied by written proof of status (e.g. valid student ID); otherwise low fees will not be validated.

- congress bag with congress documents
- abstract book on USB stick
- final programme on USB stick
- certificate of attendance
- membership in Italian Society of Optics and Photonics - SIOF (membership in the European Optical Society is included) valid for the year in which payment is made

Master student registration
A limited number of registration for master students is available at 100 €. Before performing the payment please contact the secretariat (email@example.com) in order to know if there are still available positions.
Registration and services booked can only be confirmed after receipt of full prepayment or valid credit card details.
Payment is possible by online payment (credit card), bank transfer or on site. All payments for the congress are made in Euro. Registration on site will be possible via credit card, or cash.
Registration cancellations performed prior to January 31, 2019 will be subject to a 10% withholding of the amount paid. Cancellation after January 31, 2019 will result in the complete withholding of the amount paid. Notice of cancellation must be submitted in written form to the Symposium contact email, with indication of full name and bank details for reimbursement.
